A small site, a hard gate, a long compounding loop.

Ranking is a lagging result. The work you can control is: which pages exist, whether they can be indexed, whether they answer a real job, and whether a person still stands between a draft and the live web.

  1. Pick a niche and stay there. This studio is for B2B SaaS and professional services. That constraint is the strategy.
  2. Make the site crawlable. HTTPS, sitemap, robots, unique titles, one H1, internal links. See the indexation checklist.
  3. Give every URL one job. Service pages sell a package. Journal pages teach. If two pages could swap titles, merge them. Internal linking rules.
  4. Write from briefs, not from a word count. Briefs first, drafts second, publish only after a human pass.
  5. Measure conversations, not vibes. Search Console queries, form starts, and a short rank list. Not “we grew traffic 400%” with no pipeline attached.
